Jessica Reyes, Born and raised in Mexico City where she learned and honed her culinary expertise, Jessica brings a wealth of experience in Latin American and Mediterranean cuisine. Her culinary roots began 20 years ago at Quesadillas in Tucson Arizona, the first Mexican restaurant she founded. Starting with a slate of simple Mexican-style food fare, the menu quickly included elaborate and authentic new additions to keep up with the restaurant’s expansion.
Jessica also founded The Greek Patio in the same city, learning the family recipes from the previous owners. After 12 successful years of operating both restaurants, a third restaurant serving her signature Mexican offerings followed in the city Houston Texas.
Watch her create flavourful Mexican dishes and share the depth Mexican flavour! She will be working with ingredient from different featured brand to create 7 authentic Mexican delicacies.
