Pimms and Cucumber & Mint PressÃƒÂ©!
- 35ml Pimms
- 125ml Belvoir Cucumber & Mint PressÃƒÂ©
- Sliced Strawberries, Cucumber and Orange to garnish and taste
- Sprig of Mint
- Cubed Ice
Glassware:Ã‚Â High ball
Pour 35ml of Pimms into a highball glass, build in the cubed ice and sliced fuit, top with 125ml of Cucumber & Mint PressÃƒÂ©, finish with a spring of mint and enjoy in the sunshine!
Honey Bee Good
- 100ml Belvoir Elderflower PressÃƒÂ©
- 7ml HoneyÃ‚Â (alternatively use 15ml honey syrup Ã¢â‚¬â€œ to make: 1 part honey mixed with 1 part hot water)
- 25ml Fresh Lemon juice
- 25ml Pineapple juice
Glassware:Ã‚Â Champagne saucer straight up.
Shake the Honey syrup, lemon juice and pineapple juice together and pour into the glass.Ã‚Â Top up with the Elderflower PressÃƒÂ©.
Garnish:Ã‚Â Skewer with Honeycomb, Lemon wheel, Icing sugar.
- 25ml Gin
- 25ml Orange curacao,
- 50ml Belvoir Elderflower & Rose PressÃƒÂ©
- 25ml Lemon
- 5ml Sugar to taste
- Dash of Absinthe
Glassware:Ã‚Â Champagne Saucer
Mix the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into the glass.Ã‚Â Top off with more Elderflower & Rose PressÃƒÂ©.
Garnish:Ã‚Â Orange zest/ edible flower
Sweet and Sour
- 3 basil leaves
- 1 egg cup lemon juice
- 1 heaped tbsp runny honey
- 1 shot of gin
- Top with Belvoir Raspberry Lemonade
Build the ingredients in a tall glass and mix until the honey is dissolved, then fill with ice .
Garnish with a sprig of basil and fresh raspberries frozen in ice-cubes!
