The healthy life style that Diego’s owners Colin (the Aussie bloke) & Deann (the Californian girl) shared in a year of romance traveling between Southern California, Baja Mexico and the East Coast of Australia is the foundation of Diego’s grassroots family business. They opened their first premises in a small factory in Miami, Queensland where they produced white corn tortillas, hand-cooked tortilla chips and home made salsa without any real staff, customers or suppliers.
