Founded in 1882 in Bologna, Italy by Luigi Bertagni. Bertagni is the oldest filled pasta producer in Italy and today, as always, Bertagni products are made according to classic recipes of Italian regional cooking. Their products contain no artificial ingredients, and only use carefully selected, top-quality cheeses, vegetables and made with 30% egg in the pasta. These Italian specialities are prepared in small batches to produce the flavour and quality of real homemade pasta.
