Cultivation
Our Assam English Breakfast is blended from tea gardens throughout the region. The tea plants thrive in the flat, fertile plains of Assam, nourished by the floodwaters of the Brahmaputra River. This unique terroir, combined with the expertise of local tea farmers, results in a tea of exceptional quality and taste.

Effects
The tea has a stimulating effect, improving concentration and aiding digestion, making it a popular after-dinner digestif. Rich in antioxidants, black tea fights free radicals and supports cell health.
