Peppermint
Peppermint is a medicinal and culinary plant from the mint family. It is believed to be hybrid of Mentha aquatica and Mentha spicata that occurred by chance. The Arabic word for mint is “nana.” Nana mint originates from North Africa and is particularly widespread in Morocco.
Cultivation
Gunpowder green tea is known for its special rolling technique, in which each tea leaf is rolled into small, tight pellets. This method protects the leaves from damage and preserves their freshness. Originally from the Zhejiang province, it is now produced in other parts of the world.
Effects
The medicinal plant peppermint is used to treat digestive issues, bloating, gallbladder problems, and irritable bowel syndrome. It also has a calming effect on tension headaches, colds, and nasal congestion. Peppermint is also used to relieve muscle and nerve pain.
