With our new demo & test kitchen taking form, our R&D team has been cookin’ up some pretty stunning culinary creations. In lieu of the month that holds Plant Power Day, our chefs served up a ‘plantquet’ — showing their creative side with their innovative dishes from vegan nigiri to grilled cauliflower steak. 

Surprised special guests enjoyed a four-course plant-based menu that was both satisfying and tasty —  an enlightening experience that will make you believe you could go full on vegan someday.
