We are thrilled to announce that our annual Pizza Demo event is back in Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, Malaysia! This year, we are honored to have Tiziano De Filippis, the Technical Director of the Italian School of Pizza Makers, joining us as our guest chef.
Tiziano De Filippis is a true master of the pizza art, honing his skills in his family pizzeria where he gained expertise in dough preparation, cooking techniques, and managing both the dining room and kitchen. Through his dedication, perseverance, and methodical approach, he has excelled in this competitive field.
Prepare to be amazed by his techniques and indulge in the flavors of these iconic Italian delicacies as he captivate us with his expertise as he demonstrates the art of baking and crafting Ciabatta Romana and Pizza Napoletana.
