Kettle Chips

It was 1982, in Salem, Oregon. A couple of people with an 80’s-styled van and a love for chips began cooking delicious, all natural potato chips in small batches. They were probably all wearing acid-washed blue jeans, since it was 1982 and all. Little did they know that they were pioneering the kettle-cooked style that would become the gold standard for all natural, hand-cooked potato chips
